Ashvale House   Features of this magnificent Georgian property are as follows:

  • Panels can now be machined both sides.
  • New Arch Window design machined from 3mm MDF (This arch window will be used on all future large houses).
  • Arch windows now slot into place on the inside of the house also allowing you to fit your own 2mm glass.
  • Slot in window cills
  • Intricate machined window boxes.
  • Matching balcony and top floor ballustrade that simply slots into thier respective grooves after painting
  • New design double front door
  • Floors are pre-grooved ready for hard wiring.  (We are the only dolls house manufacturer to groove the floors as standard).
  • All stairs and banisters (with newel posts and spindles) are built for you. (Not shown in images).
  • Skirting boards, coving and dado rails are included.  (All you need to do is cut and mitre but we always give you more than is needed).
  • 6 panel internal doors included. (Not shown in images).
  • Purpose built cabinet with two sliding shelves. (£250 Extra)
  •  Delivery is approximately 28 days from date of order.  Ashvale house is constructed with the aid of the latest computer controlled CNC technology ensuring all components fit exactly into place, therefore no alterations can be made from the original design when order is placed.
  • Please note:  for ease of decoration, the windows, doors, dormers, internal/external mouldings, ballustrade, window boxes etc, are not glued into place
